Head of PMO - Strategic Projects & Delivery

A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the Project Management Office, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with complex project management, financial budgeting, and staff and client engagement. This role is critical for aligning projects with corporate objectives and requires a strong Project Management Qualification, preferably PMP. Interested candidates should be able to demonstrate their expertise in the following areas: project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and monitoring and controlling of projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. In addition, they should be familiar with MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
