This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge physical AI and robotics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for physical AI and robotics initiatives across the organization, in collaboration with cross-functional teams; Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and growth; Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers; Providing thought leadership and expertise on emerging trends and technologies in physical AI and robotics; Developing and managing budgets and resources for physical AI and robotics initiatives; Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess: A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related disciplines; At least 8 years of experience in the development and implementation of physical AI and robotics solutions, preferably in an industrial setting; Strong understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and robotics principles and their applications; Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
