Head of Performance

Our client is a global player in the digital advertising and ad-tech ecosystem, partnering with the worlds leading media platforms and helping brands scale through high-converting creative solutions and intelligent performance optimization.

With 250+ professionals across the U.S., Central Europe, and beyond, they operate with a fast-moving, data-first performance culture.

They are now seeking a Head of Performance - a strategic, hands-on leader who will build the performance marketing function from the ground up, design scalable processes, and drive measurable growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a full-cycle performance marketing organization and operational processes from scratch.
  • Define and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies, including experimentation and testing roadmaps.
  • Develop robust tracking, analytics, and BI infrastructure for ROI, CAC, CPL, and LTV measurement.
  • Own and optimize unit economics models to ensure profitable and scalable growth.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor performance leads across multiple strategic verticals.
  • Launch and oversee initial campaigns to validate strategy, accelerate learnings, and optimize spend efficiency.
  • Partner closely with analytics, creative, and product teams to align performance goals with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital leadership roles.
  • Proven success in building performance teams and systems from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, DSPs, programmatic, affiliates, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Solid command of unit economics, attribution models, and key growth metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, Retention).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilityable to manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in agency environments is a strong advantage.
