Job description
Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead our PPC and SEO efforts. You will oversee the PPC and SEO strategists, set channel strategy, and own performance across client accounts.
This is a management role focused on strategy and people, not hands-on campaign building; the strategists execute while you steer outcomes. You will own quality standards, audits, reporting, and client communications, with a strong emphasis on attribution integrity and results.
