Aufgaben

As Head of Poeple&Cultre, you are responsible for all personnel-related matters at our company. If you master the following points, you're the perfect match for us!

• You are the point of contact for executives in all personnel-related topics.
• You develop innovative HR measures to bind and develop employees.
• You ensure an optimal sales team and sales steering, and make timely adjustments for the company's strategic staffing needs.
• You attend relevant trade shows and implement the latest methods to make the employer brand attractive to employees.
• As a true sales talent, you are also present on the floor and fulfill customers' shopping wishes, thereby ideally increasing sales in the department. You ensure an ideal sales team and situational sales steering.

Qualifikation

In your position, you shine with your friendly and courteous nature and cast a smile on every customer's face. You enjoy customer consulting and are a salesperson through and through.

• You have completed a degree in retail management or textiles, preferably with further education as a commercial clerk or equivalent training, e.g., as a personnel manager.
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker and doer who has a high passion for employees, can motivate them, manage them, and develop them.
• Your confident and authentic appearance, combined with assertiveness and communication strength, sets you apart.
• You are innovative and creative and are willing to take your responsibility forward and develop it.
