Tasks

As Head of People & Culture, you are responsible for all questions relating to personnel. If you master the following points, you are the perfect match for us!

• You are the contact person for managers on all personnel-related issues
• You develop innovative HR measures for employee retention and development
• You ensure optimal sales staffing as well as sales control and set the course in good time for the strategic staffing of the company
• You visit the relevant trade fairs and implement the latest methods to make the retail brand attractive for employees
• As a true sales talent, you are also present on the sales floor and fulfill customers' shopping wishes and thus ideally increase sales in the department. You ensure ideal sales staffing and situational sales control

Qualification

In your position, you shine with your friendly and courteous nature and put a smile on every customer's face. You enjoy customer service and are a salesperson through and through.

• You have completed training as a retail salesperson or a degree with textile knowledge, preferably with further training as a retail specialist or a comparable education and training, e.g. as a personnel specialist
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker and doer and have a high passion for employees, can motivate, manage and develop them
• A confident and authentic appearance coupled with assertiveness and communication skills characterize you
• You are innovative and creative and are prepared to advance and develop your area of responsibility
