Head of People & Culture

This role is ideal for a senior HR professional with deep experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and People Leadership. You will act as the primary HR point of contact for regional leadership, overseeing end-to-end people processes while ensuring alignment with global standards and the company's culture. As Head of People & Culture, you will manage a Business Partners team. Key Responsibilities Own all People operations in Mexico, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and People Leadership. You will act as the primary HR point of contact for regional leadership, overseeing end-to-end people processes while ensuring alignment with global standards and the company's culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, driving cultural transformation, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also manage a Business Partners team, providing HR guidance and support to regional leaders and teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, as well as experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and People Leadership.
