Head of People & Culture (all genders)

PXR Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is an innovative Boutique law firm in Berlin and Munich, advising clients on topics such as VC, M&A, Taxes, Private Wealth, and Disputes. To strategically anchor ourselves in the market and further scale, we are seeking a Head of People & Culture (all genders) to establish PXR as a highly attractive high-performance employer for top talents in the long term.

The position in Berlin offers 6 days Home-Office possibility per month.

Aufgaben

• Establishment of a structured Performance and Feedback system with clear cycles and measurable standards
• Development of career paths across all roles within the company, as well as conception and coordination of further education offerings along central development fields
• Comprehensive, conceptual, and scalable design of On- and Offboarding processes (including Buddy System, Re-Boarding)
• Strategic guidance of team culture across locations in Berlin and Munich, including conception of team events, offsites, and retreats
• Management of the entire recruitment process (pipeline management, direct approach, employer branding) as well as conception and implementation of interviews to ensure high-performance expectations
• Satisfaction and coordination of HR operations (employment contracts, certificates, vacation administration, payroll accounting)
• Acting as empathetic, discreet point of contact for employee concerns and guidance of external service providers

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of strategic HR operations experience, including experience in cultural development
• Fundamental expertise in people development
• Recruiting and employer branding knowledge
• Expertise in dynamic corporate environments, ideally in professional services
• Energetic personality with hands-on mentality
• Innovative drive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills
