Head of PCM Product Management, APAC

ING Wholesale Banking in Singapore is seeking a Head – PCM Product Management APAC to lead product strategy and development across the region. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Payments & Cash Management product suite, driving initiatives that align with market needs. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to enhance client offerings, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the evolving payments landscape. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably with a background in product management or a related field. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing product strategies for Payments & Cash Management across APAC, aligned with market trends and customer needs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products that meet client requirements. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in payments technology and market trends. • Providing thought leadership on product management best practices and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives, with a strong understanding of the APAC market and its dynamics. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, preferably accompanied by an MBA or other advanced degree.
