Head of Payments

We sell, buy back, store, and deliver physical gold, silver, and platinum to customers worldwide – from first-time buyers to institutional investors. We operate a full-service showroom in Singapore, a comprehensive e-commerce platform, and vault storage facilities across multiple jurisdictions. As the Head of Payments, you will be responsible for leading our payments team to ensure seamless transactions, efficient processing, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of payment systems, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement effective payment strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing payment processes and procedures to ensure efficient and secure transactions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with payments. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving payment-related issues promptly and professionally. • Analyzing and reporting on payment metrics to drive business growth and optimize processes.
