The FFA GmbH is a rapidly growing company that represents brands such as "Quantum Leap Fitness" and "Sjard Fitness." Since its founding in 2015, we have been changing the lives of our customers with our innovative products for more health and quality of life. As a result, we now manage one of the largest German-speaking fitness communities.

Our product range is accessible through the sale of self-developed nutritional supplements as well as the distribution of digital and physical information products in our own online shop.

Your Mission at FFA GmbH

As Head of Partnership (m/w/d), you will strategically build up and scale our entire partnership area. You will develop and be responsible for the strategy for affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and strategic cooperations as an additional growth channel alongside our performance marketing. In close cooperation with our CMO, you will ensure that partnerships make a measurable contribution to our growth.

Aufgaben

Strategische Verantwortung

• Development and implementation of the overarching partnership strategy (Affiliates, Influencers, Co-Brands, strategic partnerships)
• BUILDUP and scaling of profitable affiliate programs with clear ROI targets
• Development of an influencer marketing strategy for sustainable brand awareness and performance
• Identification and buildup of strategic partnerships for new sales channels and co-marketing opportunities
• Definition of partnership KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous optimization
• Budget responsibility for partnership activities and external service providers

Operative Umsetzung

• BUILDUP and management of a professional affiliate network (Publisher, Content Partner, Comparison Portals)
• Aquisition, negotiation, and onboarding of high-impact influencers and content creators
• Steering the cooperation with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
• Development of attractive commission models and incentive structures
• Coordination of influencer campaigns with content and performance marketing teams
• Negotiation and conclusion of strategic cooperations (Co-Branding, distribution partnerships)

Team-Leadership

• BUILDUP and leadership of a partnership team (Affiliate/Influencer Manager)
• Fostering a performance-oriented and partner-friendly team culture
• Cross-functional cooperation with marketing, content, and product teams

Qualifikation

Must-haves

• At least three years of experience in partnership marketing, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing, ideally in D2C/E-commerce
• Demonstrable success in building up and scaling profitable partnership programs with measurable business impact
• Fundamental knowledge of affiliate marketing (tracking, attribution, commission models, networks)
• Strong negotiation skills and relationship management on various hierarchical levels
• Analytical thinking and ability to measure and optimize partnership ROI
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Awin) and tracking tools
• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Negotiation-proof German and English skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry
• Existing network to influencers, publishers, and content creators in the fitness industry
• Knowledge of influencer platforms
• Understanding of performance marketing and customer journey
• Experience with co-branding and strategic corporate partnerships
