Head of Operations (m/w/d) - E-Commerce

We are BonaTea.

Our journey began at the end of 2021 in a shared flat, out of simple necessity, to find a special tea gift for Fabi's mom. Today, we are a rapidly growing startup that disrupts the conservative tea market.

As Head of Operations (m/w/d), you will be responsible for our operational core areas, creating clear processes and structures, and ensuring that our team can work efficiently. You will work closely with the management team and keep the sales team free to focus on their tasks, so we can take the next growth step together.

Tasks

• Coordination and control of our operational areas (Supply Chain, Finance, and process optimization).
• Main point of contact for operational topics and close cooperation with the management team.
• Ensuring liquidity planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Further development of a stable supply chain in collaboration with the team.
• Building and further developing scalable processes and structures.
• Responsibility for structured project management, including project planning and steering.

Qualification

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong interest in building and developing structures and processes independently.
• Well-developed numerical and structural thinking; confident handling of Excel/Google Sheets.
• First experience in leading employees and coordinating cross-departmental workflows is a plus.
• Good understanding of operational topics in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
• Able to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously and set clear priorities.
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1).
