- You are responsible for the Operations Intelligence & Enablement area and develop the data, automation, and process base further, with which our Operations Team can scale more efficiently and make better decisions.
- You develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting standards for Support, Claims, Partner Operations, and commercial interfaces. You ensure greater transparency, better controllability, and measurable business impact.
- You identify potential for automation and AI in operational daily life and translate concrete business challenges together with Product & Tech into scalable solutions.
- You strengthen data quality, Data Governance, and real-time transparency across CRM, policy, and operational systems.
- You are a strategic sparring partner for (COO) and relevant stakeholders and prepare operative insights so that clear decisions and priorities emerge.
- You establish feedback loops between Operations, Product, Marketing, and Service, so that insights from Claims, Support, Partners, and customers systematically flow into improvements.

- You bring experience from Consulting, the insurance industry, or data-driven operations with you and would like to now not only manage projects but also build a own responsibility area professionally, develop it further, and shape it.
- Especially exciting are profiles from Management Consulting, Operations Consulting, Digital Transformation, Insurance Consulting, Analytics, Insurances, or InsurTechs.
- You have managed complex projects or workstreams in advisory projects or in-house roles and taken responsibility for results, stakeholders, and implementation.
- You know how to build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures that teams really use, for example with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- You understand CRM systems and operational tool stacks, ideally HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems, and know how workflows, data, reporting, and communication come together.
- You work securely with Product- and Tech-teams together, can translate business requirements into system, automation, or integration requirements, and bring curiosity for AI-based solutions with you.
