Head of Operations/ General Manager (3PL, Logistics)

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehousing and distribution business. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and drivers. Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the business. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive business results. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards goals.
