Your New Challenge

For the position of Head of Operations (f/m/d), we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial leader who will further develop our operational structures, build international production capacities, and sustainably optimize our processes.

You will play a central role in the further development of our company and actively participate in the operational scaling of Fahrengold.

Your Contribution to Our Success Story

• Overall Operational Responsibility: Management and further development of the areas of product development, supply chain, production, delivery, and after-sales service.

• International Production Structures: Strategic planning, establishment, and scaling of international production sites and manufacturing lines, considering economic viability, quality, and efficiency.

• Process Optimization and Digitalization: Analysis and continuous improvement of existing value creation processes, as well as the introduction of efficient, digitally supported systems and workflows.

• Production and Quality Management: Ensuring production targets, delivery dates, and quality standards, as well as developing and monitoring relevant KPIs.

• Leadership and Personnel Development: Active leadership, promotion, and further development of employees in the Operations department.

• Supplier Management: Selection, negotiation, and management of national and international suppliers, production partners, and service providers.

• Strategic Collaboration: Direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments to implement the corporate strategy.

• Budget and Resource Responsibility: Responsibility for the economic management of operational areas, including budget planning, forecasting, and personnel and resource planning.

What You Bring:

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position, preferably in an innovative, high-growth medium-sized company or a start-up with its own product development and manufacturing

• Demonstrated international experience in establishing, implementing, and scaling production lines or manufacturing sites abroad

• Sound knowledge in the development, management, and optimization of international supply chains and production processes

• Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of goal and results orientation, as well as a structured and process-oriented working style

• Strong technical understanding

• Implementation-oriented, hands-on leader who can recognize potential, formulate goals, take necessary actions, and lead employees accordingly to sustainably improve company success

• English & German: Fluent in spoken and written

• “Hands-On” mentality

• International experience in establishing, implementing, and scaling production lines abroad, including the development of efficient production structures and the management of international manufacturing partners

• Process Digitalization: Introduction and further development of efficient, digitally supported processes and systems to optimize the entire operational value chain
