Head of Operations

We’re Hiring: Head of Operations At Digital Obsession Communication , we’ve grown to a team of 40 people and are currently managing 60 active client projects across SEO, content, paid media, and web. We’re now looking for a Head of Operations who can take complete ownership of delivery and day-to-day execution across departments. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, driving accountability, and ensuring high-quality output at scale. What you’ll be responsible for: Managing the overall operations of the company, including project management, process improvement, and team coordination. Developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment and effective communication. Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact client satisfaction or business performance. What we’re looking for: A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement and team management. Experience in operations, project management, or a related field is essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are crucial.
