Head of Operations & Automation (Staffing & EOR)

About the Role We are hiring a Head of Operations & AI Enablement to build and scale our Staffing and EOR operations into a high-performance, revenue-generating engine. This is not a support role. This is not a management-only role. This is a revenue-driving leadership role through operations. What You’ll Do: Operations Ownership ● Own and scale Staffing and EOR operations end-to-end ● Lead recruitment, delivery, and client success ● Build high-performance, revenue-driven teams ● Ensure consistent growth and scalability of our staffing and EOR business lines.
