Head of Operations and Finance

The selected person will ensure robust processes for fund distribution, risk control, and countercharges, as well as strategic financial management that drives growth and profitability. It will be key to generate trust with clients, investors, the board of directors, and authorities, at the same time that it is necessary to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning and control, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Additionally, the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions will be essential. The selected person will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a positive image of the company.
