Job description
We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee specialized operations in Mexico related to Alternative Investment structures and pension fund vehicles. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of regulated investment mandates, ensuring full compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements while delivering accurate, transparent, and timely reporting to both clients and regulatory authorities. The position also oversees treasury management, tax services, payroll, and logistics operations, as well as providing strategic guidance on operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing a team of operations professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
