Head of Merchandising

The Head of Merchandising is a vital leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of the regional merchandising process, leading merchandising strategy, planning, and execution. This role will be responsible for developing regional range, regional commercial calendar, assortment planning, and product segmentation by channels through close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. This is to effectively meet the needs of ECCO consumers and customers while safeguarding the brand's reputation and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
