Job description

A global networking organization in South Africa is seeking a Head of Members to enhance community engagement and curate member interactions. This role involves overseeing member lifecycle management, facilitating strategic introductions, and building meaningful relationships that contribute to a vibrant community. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, community building experience, and a strategic mindset. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies for member engagement and retention; • Building and maintaining relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes; • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and development; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among members. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in community building, membership management, or a related field; • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies for member engagement and retention; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
