Head of Membership - New Zealand

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to continue our growth plans for New Zealand. Level Group New Zealand is a national trade network created to help independent plumbing and electrical businesses thrive by providing the support they need to succeed. Over a short period of time we have become Australia and New Zealand's fastest growing trade network, with over 70 Members located throughout Australasia and a group revenue of $240m. We are seeking an experienced, tactical and savvy sales professional who can lead our Membership team in New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in the plumbing and electrical industry or has a strong understanding of the trade network space. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of membership strategies to drive growth and revenue. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing membership strategies that align with our overall business objectives. • Building and maintaining relationships with existing members, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention. • Identifying new member acquisition opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships. • Collaborating with the wider Level Group team to ensure alignment of membership strategies with overall business goals. • Providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Developing and managing budgets for membership initiatives. • Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to inform future decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the trade network or plumbing and electrical industries. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to build and maintain relationships with members, identify opportunities for growth and revenue, and develop effective strategies to drive business results.
