Meat Department Head

DIREZIONE LAVORO GROUP SPA (Aut.Min. 0001 of January 21, 2019), Verona Branch, is seeking a Meat Department Head for an important Company in the GDO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the meat department, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. They will have to coordinate the team of work, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and correct merchandise exposure. Additionally, they will be responsible for order management and inventory control, as well as cost and revenue control for the department. REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience in similar roles in the GDO sector. - Knowledge of products and cooking techniques. - Ability to coordinate and manage personnel. - Knowledge of sanitary regulations. - Ability to manage orders and inventories. - Knowledge of cost and revenue control principles. - Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
