Head of Marketing (m/w/d) | Part-time 25 hours to begin | Nexopharm | Düsseldorf

We are currently building up our sales, and we are looking for someone who builds marketing from scratch. No inflated title, no empty promises: you start with 25 hours per week and switch to full-time as soon as we reach €500k ARR.

Nexopharm distributes medicinal cannabis to pharmacies in Germany. The market is young, regulated, and growing. We are too.

Tasks

What you build:

• Overall marketing strategy: B2B for pharmacies, B2C for patients
• First structures, processes, and channels from scratch
• Brand, Content, Performance: you decide how it looks
• Direct cooperation with the founder, short distances

Qualification

What you bring:

• 4+ years of marketing experience, at least one year with leadership or building responsibility
• You have already built something up, no pure administrator of existing structures
• Healthcare, pharma, or regulated market: advantageous, not a must
• You want ownership and can handle uncertainty
