Our client is a rapidly growing D2C brand in the lifestyle sector that has developed from a strong community to a profitable e-commerce business. With over 1 million orders, own festivals with thousands of attendees and a starting brand going into the next phase of scaling - 9-figure revenue and expansion to the USA.

For exactly this exciting phase, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will build and further scale the team.

Tasks

• BUILDING AND STRUCTURING THE ENTIRE MARKETING SETUP WITH A CLEAR FOCUS ON SCALABLE PERFORMANCE STRUCTURES.
• DEVELOPMENT AND GUIDANCE OF A HOLISTIC MARKETING STRATEGY OVER ALL RELEVANT CHANNELS (META, TIKTOK, GOOGLE).
• BUILDING AND LEADING A PERFORMANCE TEAM (UGC, CREATIVE STRATEGY, DESIGN) AND FURTHER DEVELOPING EXISTING STRUCTURES.
• YOU DEFINE CLEAR KPIs, STEER BUDGETS OVER ALL CHANNELS AND DEVELOP A HOLISTIC BRANDFORMANCE APPROACH.
• DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONALIZATION STRATEGIES (DACH, USA) IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH E-COMMERCE, BRAND, AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS.

Requirements

• MULTI-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PERFORMANCE OR GROWTH MARKETING IN THE RAPIDLY GROWING D2C SECTOR, IDEALLY IN FASHION OR STREETWEAR.
• Demonstrable TRACK RECORD IN SCALING PAID CHANNELS WITH A FOCUS ON PROFITABLE GROWTH.
• EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING TEAMS AND STRUCTURES IN DYNAMIC GROWTH PHASES.
• STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF FULL-FUNNEL MARKETING AND THE INTERCONNECTION OF BRAND AND PERFORMANCE.
• HANDS-ON MENTALITY COMBINED WITH STRATEGIC THINKING AND A SENSE FOR TARGET GROUPS, TRENDS, AND CULTURE.
