Head of Marketing (m/w/d) SaaS

We are a 20-person SaaS company with over 20 years of experience in Enterprise solutions for strategy implementation and program management. Our customers are mid-sized companies that steer complex transformation projects and want to consistently implement their strategic goals.

We are growing, have just hired our first SDR, and are currently expanding our sales team. Now we're looking for our new marketing leadership role, which will build marketing from scratch and be part of the management team.

Aufgaben

You are a strategic sparring partner in management and hands-on maker at the same time. You define our positioning in the mid-sized company, build scalable marketing processes, and get involved yourself - from content creation to campaign execution.

Strategisch (as Management-Team-Mitglied):

• Develop and be responsible for a marketing strategy for the German mid-sized company.
• Positioning sharpen: How do we differentiate ourselves against established PM tools?
• Built Demand Generation Engine that feeds our sales process.
• Work together with Product: How can we increase engagement and reduce churn?
• Be responsible for the marketing budget and make ROI transparent.

Hands-on (as first Marketing-Mitarbeiter:in):

• Create content (website, case studies, sales materials, LinkedIn).
• Raise campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, events, account-based marketing).
• Built marketing stack and established processes.
• Analytics: What drives engagement, conversions, retention?
• Work directly with Sales: What do SDRs and closers really need?

Qualifikation

Erfahrung:

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in the Enterprise segment.
• Experience in early growth phases (first Marketing hire or small team).
• Understanding of long sales cycles (6-12 months) and complex buying centers.
• Work experience in a corporate environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the German mid-sized company.
