Head of Marketing (m/w)

And is today a well-known name in the machine tool industry. EMCO employs around 800 employees at 4 production sites in Austria and Italy. For our Headquarters in Hallein, we are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing (m/w/d).

Your areas of responsibility:

• Organization and strategic development of group marketing in close coordination with management, sales, and development
• Planning, administration, and control of the marketing budget
• Supporting management in strategic marketing topics with a clear focus on ROI
• Responsibility for Public Relations, internal and external communication, and consistent Corporate Identity (including CI/CD development)
• Conceptualization and implementation of marketing measures: Direct Marketing, Content, SEO/SEA, Brand presence in Print & Online, Advertising materials, Website & Sales-Service App
• Organization and management of international trade shows, events, and incentive actions
• Funding and development of the marketing team, including goal agreements and employee discussions
• Impulses for sustainability and social responsibility (CSR) in marketing to position the brand sustainably for the future

Requirements

Your ideal profile:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Multiple years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry
• Familiarity with media, social media, and other digital marketing tools
• Strategic, solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Passion for technology
