We have a functioning, profitable business model, are growing dynamically, and aim to be in one million kitchens by 2030. To achieve this, we think of performance marketing and branding as one piece. And for this, we are now looking for you as

Head of Marketing & Growth (w/m/d).

(German-speaking, starting immediately, hybrid in Berlin or remote).

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for Revenue and Marketing Efficiency: You will take responsibility for our future growth and the continued profitability of our brand. This includes further positioning STUR as a high-end brand emotionally, as well as covering the entire spectrum of performance channels.

• Strategy: Together with our Co-Founders, you will further develop the marketing strategy and work on its continuous implementation. You will develop and establish processes and structures that enable further growth.

• Leadership: You will lead a team of three and continue to expand it long-term. You will lead on an equal footing and promote the individual development of your team members.

• Hands-on Implementation: Together with your team, as well as agencies and freelancers, you will implement the strategy in campaigns (currently mainly Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and Influencer). You will manage testing and continuously optimize our conversion rate.

• Data-Driven Decisions: You will make your decisions based on data, further develop reporting and KPI structures, and derive concrete measures from them.

Your Profile

• You have several years of solid professional experience in online marketing in fast-growing e-commerce companies and extensive experience in full-funnel management.

• You have experience in building a premium D2C brand that achieves high AOVs, and have had revenue responsibility in the eight-figure range or higher.

• You have already built, led, and developed teams long-term. At the same time, you are eager to hands-on manage campaigns in the common paid and organic channels yourself.

• You have a strong understanding of creatives as a central performance lever. With your creativity and brand understanding, you will develop STUR into a love brand in the long term.

• You enjoy analyzing data, work with attribution tools, and know their limitations. You are familiar with tools like Klar.

• You have a great passion for modern cuisine, enjoy cooking, and can identify with our iconic, sustainable, and functional Made-in-Germany products.

• Your German is fluent in speaking and writing, and your English is conversational.
