Your Mission

You will be responsible for our entire marketing.

You will develop strategies.

You will lead people.

You will manage agencies.

You will analyze key figures.

You will ensure that many individual measures form a perfectly functioning marketing system.

Together with management, you will develop the marketing strategy for the coming years and successfully implement it with your team.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire marketing department
• Development and implementation of our marketing and growth strategy
• Leadership of the internal marketing team as well as external agencies and service providers
• Planning and management of our launches, campaigns, and live events
• Responsibility for performance marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, and content
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Development of new marketing processes and efficient structures
• Close collaboration with management, sales, event management, and fulfillment
• Responsibility for budget planning and marketing performance

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in a senior marketing position
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• High analytical competence and understanding of numbers
• Experience with launches, funnels, and digital marketing processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel and enjoyment of regularly being on-site at our events and productions
