Someone who can lead people, develop strategies, make decisions, take responsibility, and have fun shaping one of the most exciting brands in the German-speaking coaching and transformation market.

We create experiences with live events, online programs, and digital products that move people sustainably.

Our company is growing continuously, and that's why we're looking for someone who can take our marketing to the next level.

You are responsible for our entire marketing department.

You develop strategies.

You lead people.

You manage agencies.

You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

You ensure that many individual measures become a perfectly functioning marketing system.

Together with the management, you develop the marketing strategy for the next few years and implement it successfully with your team.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire marketing department.
• Development and implementation of our marketing and growth strategy.
• Leadership of the internal marketing team, as well as external agencies and service providers.
• Planning and control of our launches, campaigns, and live events.
• Responsibility for performance marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), email marketing, social media, and content.
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete optimization measures.
• Development of new marketing processes and efficient structures.
• Closely working together with the management, sales, event management, and fulfillment.
• Responsibility for budget planning and marketing performance.

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Multiple years of experience in a leading marketing position.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High analytical competence and understanding of numbers.
• Experience with launches, funnels, and digital marketing processes.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• A willingness to travel and enjoy being regularly on site at our events and productions.
