Head of Marketing and Growth

A long-standing, successful consumer fintech is looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to take their brand and growth strategy to the next level. This is a role for a commercially sharp marketer who can fuse performance marketing expertise with consumer brand instincts—and who’s genuinely passionate about tech.

You’ll work directly with the founder-CEO to co-architect and deliver the growth strategy across brand, performance, partnerships, retention, and beyond. Big goals: scale consumer acquisition, sharpen brand presence, and launch new products already proven overseas.

You’ll also get to work with a purpose-built tech stack where everything talks to each other (no messy integrations slowing you down), and you'll lead a team of six across brand, marketing, design and performance.

What you’ll own:

• Consumer growth strategy & execution – From TV to TikTok, deliver measurable impact at pace.
• Performance at the core – Drive cost-efficient customer acquisition, test relentlessly, and optimise every funnel.
• Brand & storytelling – Build trust at scale with bold campaigns that resonate with everyday consumers.
• Retention & loyalty – Design lifecycle programs that deepen engagement and lift lifetime value.
• Team & innovation – Lead six marketers across multiple disciplines, and harness AI & MarTech to stay ahead.

We’re looking for:

• A performance-first marketer with proven consumer marketing experience.
• Hands-on leadership—you inspire at exec level and execute in the trenches.
• Data-driven and commercially astute, with a bias for action.
• A natural tech enthusiast who brings curiosity, creativity, and energy.
