Head of Manufacturing

Job Purpose: Smooth running of the entire Manufacturing plant by ensuring 100% compliance, and the safety of people, products, and equipment by ensuring all the laid down policies and procedures to meet the targets. Ensure meeting customer dispatch with high Quality and on-time delivery. Principal Accountabilities: Manufacturing Strategy: Plan, organize and manage all the aspects of manufacturing to ensure meet the ON-TIME DELIVERY of Quality products within stipulated costs of products. Monitor and control the production process to achieve the desired quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction. Principal Accountabilities: Manufacturing Operations: Plan, organize and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure efficient use of resources, minimize waste, and maximize productivity. Monitor and control production processes to achieve the desired quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
