Production Manager | Head of Production (Component Manufacturing) Location: Atlantis, Western Cape Salary: R700 000 – R800 000 Per Annum Negotiable based on Qualification and relevant years of experience Our client, a highly reputable Global Automotive Manufacturing concern, is currently in search of a strong and assertive Production Manager to lead and join their dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Disciplinary leadership of the production unit Leading the Production team Assure and ensure appropriate production processes and procedures are in place and adhered to by all team members. Ensure the production unit operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the production unit. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field) Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management or related role Proven track record of success in a production management or related role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
