This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. As the Head of Management in São Paulo, Brazil, this senior role is accountable for shaping management strategy and delivering measurable outcomes across the business. The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders, drives operational excellence, and scales processes to support growth. Key Responsibilities: Set a clear multi-year strategy and translate it into quarterly plans with accountable metrics; Develop and implement a comprehensive management framework, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy; Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes; Lead and manage a team of management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities; Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management, building strong relationships with key stakeholders; Drive process improvements and efficiencies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making; Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with business objectives; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement;
