Head of Maintenance Technicians

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible coordinate and optimize the maintenance shift leaders’ activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance and to dive KPI improvement (MTTR, MTBF, OEE).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates maintenance shift leaders and ensures efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensures optimal equipment performance and production continuity.
• Monitors the operational performance of the maintenance team.

• Develops and implements strategies to improve equipment reliability.
• Leads failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
• Establishes and monitors plans to eliminate chronic equipment issues.
• Ensures implementation of preventive and predictive actions resulting from technical analyses

• Oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
• Periodically reviews preventive maintenance effectiveness and drives optimization initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with maintenance schedules

• Contributes to the preparation of the annual maintenance budget.
• Monitors and optimizes maintenance-related costs.
• Ensures efficient utilization of technical and human resources

• Ensures the availability of critical spare parts.
• Leads maintenance inventory optimization initiatives.
• Validates critical spare parts requirements in collaboration with technical teams.

Requirements:

• Technical Bachelor Degree
• Previous experience in Maintenance area and in coordinating maintenance teams
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical engineering, and industrial automation.
• Good knowledge of English
