Job description
Assist the Maitre in managing restaurant activities, ensuring service quality and increasing customer satisfaction levels according to brand standards.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate restaurant activities, defining guidelines and work routines, guiding, prioritizing/distributing tasks, and solving operational problems;
- Receive customers upon arrival at the restaurant, providing information and escorting them to their tables;
- Coordinate food and beverage service for events when necessary;
- E nsure execution of processes and procedures in the “Self-Control” area
