Join us as we empower tomorrow’s world at work. About The Opportunity As Territory Head of Leasing, you are responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic leasing initiatives across APAC. You will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy that aligns with WeWork’s overall business objectives. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating lease agreements. In addition, you will work closely with the regional leadership team to ensure alignment and collaboration across all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy for APAC that aligns with WeWork’s overall business objectives. • Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth. • Negotiate lease agreements and manage existing leases to maximize revenue potential. • Collaborate with regional leadership team to ensure alignment and collaboration across all aspects of the business. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform leasing decisions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including property owners, developers, and other stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic leasing initiatives. • Strong understanding of the APAC market and its trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
