Head of Landscaping

The Head of Landscaping is responsible for the physical state of the gardens and green areas of the property and maintaining a good work environment within the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop an annual fertilization program for the gardens and green areas.
• Develop a monthly fumigation program for gardens and green areas.
• Schedule irrigation schedules.
• Supervise compliance with programs.
• Assign areas of responsibility to each gardener under their supervision.
• Supervise compliance with assigned tasks.
• Makes rounds through different areas of the property to detect inherent plant problems and program corrections.
• Formulate a nursery for reproduction and development of species on the property.
• Propose changes or improvements to gardens and green areas, always maintaining the overall aspect of the properties.
• Promote energy savings in the property permanently.
• Apply and enforce standards implemented by the Hotel.
• Use necessary tools for compliance with standards.
• Know and comply with safety and hygiene rules established by the company and government entities to prevent risks and accidents within the property.
• Maintain good use and proper maintenance of tools and equipment provided by the company, avoiding loss or premature deterioration due to misuse or negligence.
• Maintain good use of supplies provided by the company for proper performance of responsibilities, avoiding waste and mismanagement.
• Comply with and enforce the Company's Internal Labor Regulations.
• Comply fully with assigned work schedule.
• Apply internal standards imposed by the company permanently.
• Comply with internal Safety and Hygiene rules.
