Tasks

Strategic Management of Key Account Management
You are responsible for the strategic alignment of our key account area and develop structures, processes, and strategies that enable sustainable growth and long-term customer relationships. -
Leadership and Coordination of Team Leads
You lead the team leads of the individual key account teams, support them in the further development of their teams, and ensure that all areas work towards common goals. -
Close Collaboration with Management
You work closely with management, translate company goals into concrete sales and customer strategies, and provide market feedback and performance insights back to management. -
Retention & Churn Management You analyze customer developments, identify risks early on, and develop strategies to reduce churn. Together with your team leads, you derive measures to stabilize and further develop our key accounts.

Strategic Support for the Most Important Partner Companies
You conduct selected discussions with our most important partner companies at the decision-maker and C-level and accompany strategic topics or critical situations. The operational support lies with your teams. -
Performance & KPI Management
You are responsible for the performance of the entire key account area and manage the teams based on clearly defined KPIs such as sales, growth, retention, and churn. -
Further Development of Structures and Processes
You analyze existing sales and customer processes and develop scalable structures that enable further growth. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You work closely with the Candidate Success Management, Operations, and other teams to continuously optimize the entire placement process.
Qualification

Several years of leadership experience in sales or key account management
You have already led several teams or team leads and have experience in strategically managing sales organizations. -
Several years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
Ideally in personnel placement, SaaS, or a growth-oriented environment. -
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
You understand complex customer structures, recognize growth and risk potential, and develop clear strategies from them. -
Experience in retention and churn management
You can analyze customer developments and develop measures to secure long-term partnerships. -
Experience in building and scaling sales structures
You have already helped to further develop and professionalize teams, processes, and responsibilities in a growing company. -
Experience in managing sales and growth targets
You are used to taking responsibility for key KPIs such as sales, retention, churn, or account growth and deriving clear measures from them. -
Confident demeanor at decision-maker and C-level
You conduct strategic discussions with management contacts and can also appear convincingly in demanding situations. -
Strong communication and alignment skills
You can clearly communicate strategic topics between management, team leads, and operational teams and ensure a common goal alignment. -
High self-motivation & closing strength
You consistently drive topics forward, think in results, and can successfully close strategic discussions. -
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
You work safely with modern sales and performance tracking tools. -
We expect from you German language skills at C2 level, proven by your resume or corresponding certificates.
You will negotiate with people on the customer and candidate side who will make decisions. Clarity in communication is therefore required.
