Head of IT (from FMCG Retail & Wholesale business only and ready for Angola location)

Position Overview The Head of IT will lead the overall IT and digital strategy for the FMCG Retail & Wholesale business, ensuring technology drives operational excellence, scalability, and business growth. The Head IT will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals, overseeing SAP ERP operations and enhancements, enabling data-driven decision-making, and leading digital transformation across retail, wholesale, distribution, and supply chain operations. Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in FMCG Retail & Wholesale business. Strong understanding of SAP ERP, data analytics, and digital transformation is required. Proven track record of driving technology-enabled business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams is essential. The Head of IT will be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the FMCG Retail & Wholesale business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
