If you combine technical depth with strategic foresight and want to leave your mark in a 24/7 environment, we offer you the challenging position as: Head of IT Security (m/f/d) – with responsibility for security product portfolio Transformation phase towards a product-oriented organization | Linz | from € 105,000,- You will take disciplinary leadership of around 20 highly qualified employees and manage the Product Owners of the security products (Security Operations Center, Awareness, Penetration Testing, Architecture). Your central task is the further development of the IT security organization towards a clearly product-oriented world with clear product ownership, commercial control, and end-to-end responsibility. By further professionalizing and scaling service delivery with strategic external partners, you will ensure global coverage, 24/7 availability, and up-to-date innovation. As a member of the IT Security Committee, you will implement group-wide policy guidelines, derive concrete measures from them, and actively drive strategic fields of action. In a global, production-close environment with the highest availability requirements, you will ensure an appropriate security level, prioritize risks, and concisely, appropriately for the audience, and reliably condense complex issues for the CIO, management, and other stakeholders. You have a technical degree or a comparable IT/Cyber Security education, as well as very in-depth operational and strategic expertise in IT security. Experienced security experts will perceive you as a technically strong, critical, and at the same time constructive sparring partner. Your many years of experience ideally include Security Operations, Penetration Testing, Governance, Policies, Awareness, as well as working in global or group-wide structures. You bring sound leadership experience in IT Security, are clear, decisive, and assertive, and at the same time manage to bring different stakeholders along and win them over for common goals. Knowledge of established frameworks, particularly ISO 27001, as well as current NIS2 requirements, is a matter of course for you. Experience in product-oriented organizations, with product ownership, and the management of internal and external service providers completes your profile. Furthermore, you have fluent German and English skills, as well as the willingness to relocate your place of residence to the greater Linz area, if not already the case. You can expect a key position with exceptional scope for design in the transformation to product orientation, and you will significantly shape the IT security strategy of a globally active technology group. The attractive remuneration package includes an annual gross salary starting from € 105,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
