Head of IT Projects

Based in Auckland, New Zealand and reporting to the Pacific IT Director, this critical leadership role will see you heading our Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong track record in managing complex projects, optimising processes, and fostering a high-performing team. This role has a Pacific remit, with direct reports based across New Zealand and Australia. As Head of IT Projects, you will be responsible for leading our PMO to deliver strategic initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. You will also work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects and teams. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
