HEAD OF IT (M/W/D)
in full-time for our location Cologne.

In this key role, you will build on our IT strategy, develop it further and make our company technologically fit for the future.

Aufgaben

We need your support with …

• IT-Strategie & Architektur – You will develop our IT strategy and shape the further development of architecture, infrastructure, network, systems and tools to state-of-the-art level.
• Infrastruktur & Applikationen – You are responsible for our IT landscape, ensure a stable operation and provide performant IT support.
• Digitale Transformation – You will develop modern structures and systems that enable efficient processes and form the basis for scaling and digital transformation.
• ERP & Prozessoptimierung – Together with process management, you will drive the planning, implementation and optimization of our ERP processes (Business Central) – including operational programming.
• Teamführung – You will lead a small IT team and work closely with other business areas to implement technical solutions.
• Managementrolle – You represent IT topics in the management team and bring your expertise into strategic decisions.

Qualifikation

You pack your bag and bring:

• Completed studies or training in the IT field, first experience in leading (technical) teams.
• Multiple years of professional experience in IT, ideally in the FMCG sector or ERP consulting.
• Fundamental knowledge of Business Central, ideally supplemented by software development know-how.
• Experience in IT project management (e.g. rollouts, migrations).
• Very good knowledge of IT architectures, IT security, process optimization and data protection.
• Practical experience in leading IT and digitalization projects as well as implementing and operating ERP systems.
• Leadership personality with strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, team orientation and implementation strength.
• Bilingual German and very good English skills.
• Pleasure in change processes and joy in actively shaping new paths.
• You are not afraid to occasionally travel to our location in southern Germany.
