The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, while ensuring the effective use of resources and budget. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the Regional CEO, department heads, and other senior leaders. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives. • Providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects. • Managing and leading a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities as needed. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT services and operations. The ideal candidate will possess: • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 8 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the Facility Management or real estate sector. • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
