Head of Industrial Maintenance & Sales (w/m/d) - Hamburg

We are looking for a sales personality to lead our team in Hamburg, focusing on industrial maintenance. Our client is an international industrial and engineering company that supports customers throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial facilities – from engineering/construction to production and maintenance. For the team in Hamburg, we are seeking a sales professional who will develop and implement strategic plans for new projects and further develop the team.

Tasks

· You will be responsible for selling industrial maintenance services and developing this area strategically and operationally with a focus on business growth, new customer acquisition, and team building.

· You will identify market and customer potential, build sustainable customer relationships, and steer the sales process until closure.

· As Head of Industrial Maintenance, you will structure and lead the department, build the team specifically, take over P&L responsibility, and work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Management.

Qualification

· Sales personality with a background in industrial environments, ideally in the areas of industrial maintenance, technical services, plant construction or engineering.

· Experience in B2B sales of complex services.

· Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and a keen eye for market opportunities.

· Strong communication skills and confident appearance even at management level.

· Very good German and English language skills, French is an asset.

· Travel readiness.
