As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Human Resources & Organizational Culture will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that supports the well-being and success of all members of the LAS community. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage our diverse student body, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the school’s mission and goals • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion • Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff on matters related to human resources, employee relations, and organizational development • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with school-wide objectives • Develop and manage budgets for HR-related programs and initiatives • Analyze and interpret data to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness • Stay up-to-date on best practices in human resources and organizational development, and apply this knowledge to improve HR processes and outcomes at LAS. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an international school setting • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive organizational success • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is an asset.
