Job description

Tasks
Goal: Lead the HR team and take responsibility for personnel work for approx. 130 employees
- Actively shape the HR department and its role in the company
- Actively co-create the company culture
- Rebuild personnel development
- Simplify and digitalize personnel work and HR systems
- Modern, authentic and visible positioning of the company as an employer
- Further develop the employer brand
- Advise management and executives on HR issues, including more challenging topics and change processes
- Analyze, plan and manage personnel costs
Qualification
- Completed apprenticeship or degree with an HR focus
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- Solid knowledge in personnel work (labor law, social security, wage tax, etc.)
