Location: Greater Karlsruhe area.
Tasks
Goal: Leading the HR team and responsibility for personnel work for approx. 130 employees
- Actively shaping the HR department and its role in the company
- Actively contributing to shaping the corporate culture
- Rebuilding personnel development
- Simplifying and digitizing personnel work and HR systems
- Modern, authentic and visible positioning of the company as an employer
- Further developing the employer brand
- Advising management and executives on HR issues, including more complex topics and change processes
- Analyzing, planning and controlling personnel costs
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or degree with an HR focus
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- Sound knowledge in personnel work (labor law, social security, wage tax, etc.)
