Job Description: Head of Human Resources (HR Head) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources (HR Head) to lead and manage the HR function across the organization. The HR Head will play a pivotal role in employee retention, grievance resolution, policy enforcement, and people strategy alignment . The role also extends to overseeing Training & Development (T&D), managing the Performance Management System (PMS), and supporting project coordination… Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. * Oversee and manage the HR budget. * Lead and mentor the HR team. * Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions. * Oversee the Training & Development (T&D) programs. * Manage the Performance Management System (PMS). * Support project coordination as needed. * Identify and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. * Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. * Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR. * Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and performance. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. * Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Experience in employee relations, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions. * Experience with Training & Development (T&D) programs and Performance Management Systems (PMS). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in HRIS systems. * Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
