Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and drive the full spectrum of HR functions across the organisation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, organisational development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior management to build a robust talent pipeline, enhance employee engagement, and ensure best-in-class HR practices are implemented across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, • Leading and managing the HR function, including recruitment, training, and development of HR staff, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to support business decision-making, • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, • Collaborating with other departments to drive organisational development and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPD) would be advantageous.
